Normal hours on Monday for the holiday!

Have you registered for the CrossFit Games Open yet? The first workout will be released this WEDNESDAY! For those who are participating in the Open, we will be doing the WODs every Saturday in the gym at NOON. If you are not able to come an a certain Saturday, you can do the WOD any time during the week before Sunday. Just let a trainer know so we can count your reps for you.

I want as many people as possible to sign up! Remember this is just for fun! Simply another way to push yourself. Don’t feel intimidated!

2 weeks into the Paleo Challenge! I am realizing I do not have before pictures of everyone participating in the Challenge….so if you haven’t had your BEFORE picture taken, have a trainer take one ASAP! Thanks!

WOD:
4 Rounds for time:
Run 400m
5 Hang Cleans 185#/125#
10 “No Mores” (1 No more= 1 knees to elbow, 1 toes to bar, i chest to bar pull-up)

CrossFit Kids:
4 rounds
10 deadlifts
8 burpee over the ball
6 toe to bar
