I hope all of you fathers had a wonderful Father’s Day with your families!

Congratulations to Morgan and Jessica for doing so awesome this weekend at the Newbie Challenge! Great work girls!

We have 2 teams competing at the Legendary Competitor competition in Santa Clara the weekend of June 29. Let’s go out and show our support!

Next Monday June 24, we will be starting our 6 week “Fight Gone Bad” Challenge! This challenge will be strictly performance based. Those who wish to participate will pay $10….which will ensure a PRIZE at the end. :) “Fight Gone Bad” is a classic benchmark CrossFit workout. Participants will be doing this workout Monday June 24 and again Saturday August 3rd, where winners will be announced. We will have counters for each participant and ensure legit movement standards! We encourage each and every one of you to participate. Following a diet is not part of the competition, but we all know that diet and performance go hand in hand. We will offer nutritional info in a handout  to those participating for a guideline during the 6 weeks. We will offer Rx and Scaled division. More details released throughout  the week!
