Monday is our “Fight Gone Bad” 6 week challenge! It will be $10 for those participating–which should be everyone! Challenge yourself! This is a performance challenge. It is up to you how hard you want to work within these 6 weeks to see results. Let’s do it!

10 Minutes, EMOM, 3 strict press. Add weight each round.
