CROSSFIT LODI is planning a summer party for the gym! It will be Saturday August 10 and will be on the Mokelumne river. Will start at noon till 5-ish! Mark your calendars NOW! Will be fun to get out of the gym and have some fun together….we promise no workouts….well, maybe ;) No, really–this is strictly FUN!
