The end of our “Fight Gone Bad” challenge is approaching in a few weeks time! What have you been doing to improve your score? Is your diet on point? Are you making it to CrossFit at least 4x a week? Remember, winners get prizes!!!!!!!! I know your calendars are marked, but just a REMINDER that the end of our challenge is Friday August 2nd at 5pm. Food and drinks to follow!
