CROSSFIT KIDS! Our class time will be changing from 10am to 330 starting NEXT WEEK! 

The CrossFit Games have begun! If you want to be inspired, check out games.crossfit.com for coverage on all events. The Masters competition is going on right now and the 1st day of individual competition begins tomorrow.
