What are you doing NEXT weekend, August 31-Sept 1? Hopefully coming to support CrossFit Lodi at MOXIE MADNESS in San Jose! We are sending an Rx team: Travis, Andrew, Sara and Rosa, also a Novice team: Brandon, Sammy, Kristin and Jessica. Jamie is also competing on a Lodi-Cf 209 combo Masters team! Going to be an exciting weekend!!!!

 

Strength:

In 15  Minutes, work up to a max effort of the following complex:
