Hello FRIDAY!!!! What a week! Let’s finish it off with a bang!! :)

Run 400m

21 Kettlebell Swings 70#/53#

12 Pull-ups

then, ending with:

30 Clean & Jerks 155#/105#

 

This will get us prepared for those who are participating in the Barbells for Boobs event at CrossFit Excel October 11! This is a heavier version of what it will be on the 11th…and you will also have a partner to split the reps with …. :)
