Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween!! Now time to work off all that candy that you ate…UNLESS you are on the Whole 30 Challenge. In that case, I’m sure you are feeling wonderful! :)

 

Strength:

10 Minutes to find your 1 Rep Max Squat Clean

Rest 3 Minutes,

Take 75% of your 1RM today and then:

12 Minutes, EMOM:

Even: 5 Squat Clean (@ your 75%)

Odd: 5 Knees to Elbows. 5 Ring Dips

Rest 3 Minutes:

5 Rounds:

15 Wall Balls

30 Double Unders
