Have YOU signed up for the CrossFit Games Open yet? Keep in mind, we realize that not everyone wants to compete in CrossFit. Most of us come to the gym simply to get in the best shape of our life!!! But the Open is for everyone. Why not see how you compare to other crossfitters worldwide or to your friend who attends a different CrossFit? Or to see how different your results are from last year? Or to PUSH yourself harder than you thought that you could? The Open is a pretty exciting time not only for competitors. We do the workouts together, cheering eachother on which creates  an extremely motivational atmospehere.  Bottom line, if you haven’t signed up yet DO IT TODAY! First WOD released February 27.
