Happy FRIDAY!!!! Let’s finish the week off STRONG!!!

 

EMOM:

12 Minutes:

Even Minutes: 

Depending on skill level, 2-5 Ring Muscle Ups (Scale with 2 Pull-ups/2 Ring Dips per MU)

Odd Minutes:

3 Overhead Squats (goal is to add weight each round)

 

WOD:

20 Minute AMRAP:

100 Ft. Walking Lunge w/ plate 45/25 (2 lengths, each full length is 1 rep)

25 Ground to Overhead w/plate 45/25

Run 250 w/plate  (1 rep)
