3 Overhead Squats (goal is to add weight each round)
20 Minute AMRAP:
100 Ft. Walking Lunge w/ plate 45/25 (2 lengths, each full length is 1 rep)
25 Ground to Overhead w/plate 45/25
Run 250 w/plate (1 rep)
