Handstand

Holds, Push Ups, Walk, etc.

WOD:

Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:

Odd: 17/14 Assault Bike Calories

Even: 2 Rope Climbs

*get as much work done as possible in 40-45 sec.  Allow 15 sec for rest.*
