CrossFit Level 1 Certified
Rob’s fitness background began with swimming, diving, and water polo through high school. He then served as an Airman Fist Class in the U.S. Air Force. Rob’s experience with CrossFit began on his own without a coach and he progressed to performing WOD’s at local affiliates. As Rob continued to better his knowledge and CrossFit experience, he eventually obtained his CrossFit Level 1 certificate course so that he could train others and share his experiences. Rob is dedicated to the benefits of fitness and nutrition through CrossFit, and as a trainer he continues to make himself and his clients better every day.
