CrossFit Classes: M, T, W, Th, at 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. Friday at 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. Saturday at 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM.

CrossFit Light: Monday-Friday at 8:00 AM.

CrossFit Kids: M, T, Th, 3:30 PM.

On-Ramp: M, T, W, Th, at 8:00 AM. Ask a trainer for details on other times available.
