Feels like summer!  Hope everyone had a great weekend and now its time to get back to business!  I have been hearing a lot of excuses about why people don’t have time for the gym, but they are exactly that – EXCUSES.  YOU have to make time.  I know there are days when it feels like we do not have control over our day but only you can change that, so make the commitment to yourself  to make your workout a priority!

We are trying a new schedule this month.  There will not be an 8am class.

The conditioning class will be Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 8:15.  Everyone is welcome and just as we can scale down a CF WOD we can also scale up a conditioning WOD to fit your fitness level.

Thursdays will remain the same with Open Gym from 5am-10am, 12pm-1pm, & 4pm-6pm

CrossFit Lodi is partnering up with The Village for a benefit WOD!  All proceeds will go to The Village and supporting people with special needs.

Cost: $25

All special needs athletes workout for free.

Everyone is welcome and there will be a version of the workout that anyone can do, so please join us and invite your friends and family.
