Happy Friday! Hope everyone has had a great week!  Lets finish strong…get in here and get your workout done!

We are trying a new schedule this month.  There will not be an 8am class.

The conditioning class will be Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 8:15.  Everyone is welcome and just as we can scale down a CF WOD we can also scale up a conditioning WOD to fit your fitness level.

Thursdays will remain the same with Open Gym from 5am-10am, 12pm-1pm, & 4pm-6pm

CrossFit Lodi is partnering up with The Village for a benefit WOD!  All proceeds will go to The Village and supporting people with special needs.

Cost: $25

All special needs athletes workout for free.

Everyone is welcome and there will be a version of the workout that anyone can do, so please join us and invite your friends and family.


- Congrats to our member Scott Siria who placed 5th place last weekend with his partner during the “Battle of the Badges” a fitness competition for law enforcement officers. 

It has been awesome watching his progression over the last few years. Next time you see him say CONGRATS!!
