Monday November 11, we will have a modified schedule for Veterans Day.
Open Gym 7am-9am
Hero WOD (class) 9am

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Try to increase the load on each of the 15 reps.

Today tests your overhead strength in 3 different exercises, each one progressively more difficult. Newer athletes may perform more reps of the later lifts to practice and improve skill.

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-1-1 reps
Push jerk 3-3-3-1-1 reps
