Hope everyone is doing well! I already miss your happy faces 🙂 Here is an at home workout you can do with no equipment.

If you would like a set of DB’s or a KB let me know. I can loan you some until the gym can hold classes again.

*50 jumping jacks between each round

*50 Double Unders if you have a jump rope
